Limited Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. All PRITECH products purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

Warranty Period


The warranty period is determined as follows:

If a specific warranty period is stated in the product manual or warranty card, that warranty period shall apply.

If no warranty period is specified in the product documentation, a standard warranty period of 12 months (1 year) from the warranty start date shall apply.

In certain countries or regions where local consumer protection laws require a different warranty period, the warranty period will comply with the applicable local legal requirements.

 

Warranty Start Date


Purchases from the Official PRITECH Website

For products purchased directly from our official website, the warranty period begins on the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.


Purchases from Amazon or Other Third-Party Platforms

For products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other authorized marketplaces, customers may be required to activate their warranty by contacting us according to the instructions provided in the product manual.
For these purchases, the warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the order receipt or platform invoice.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Our customer support team will review your warranty request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Please note that response times may be extended during Chinese national holidays or other public holidays.

 

Warranty Coverage


This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Functional failures occurring during normal intended use
  • Electrical or mechanical faults not caused by external damage

If a valid warranty claim is approved, PRITECH may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product; Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model; or Provide a partial or full refund where applicable.

 

Warranty Exclusions


This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Accidental damage, drops, impact damage, or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power supply issues, or external factors
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Loss of accessories, packaging, manuals, or consumable components

 

Proof of Purchase


A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Acceptable proof may include:

Official website order confirmation
Amazon order receipt
Marketplace purchase invoice
Other verifiable purchase records

PRITECH reserves the right to deny warranty service if sufficient proof of purchase cannot be provided.

 

Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRITECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
